I visited Dutch Bros Coffee, and this specific location has become my favorite. Every time I order the same drink at any Dutch Bros, it’s either a hit or miss, but at this location, it always tastes perfect. I want to give a shout out to Ivan for always going above and beyond in preparing my coffee. He consistently makes it just the way I like it, and his attention to detail is commendable. The staff at this location is super awesome and friendly, and I love coming here because of their hard work and great service.

I also had a great experience with Amanda, who was working alone early in the morning. She had a great attitude, was hustling despite being the only person available, and handled the 6-8 customers in line efficiently. Her work ethic impressed me, and I believe Dutch Bros should hire more people like her.

The atmosphere at this location is hip, and I enjoyed the outdoor seating. The cold brew nitro with french vanilla and hazelnut that I ordered was fantastic. The employees were helpful, kind, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, which made my visit even better. They also have a drive-thru, which adds to the convenience.

I’ve always loved Dutch Bros, and this location is much better than other coffee shops. The employees are always friendly and quick to come out if the line gets long. Their wide variety of flavors in teas, coffees, energy drinks, and sodas is impressive, and my favorite is the double rainbro.

However, I had a negative experience with one staff member. I waited in the drive-thru for 6 minutes only to be told at the window that they had just taken the last order at 9:59. I felt that the communication could have been better, and this experience has made me reconsider returning to this specific location.

Overall, my experiences at Dutch Bros Coffee have been positive, with Ivan and Amanda standing out for their exceptional service. The friendly staff, great variety of drinks, and enjoyable atmosphere make this location worth a visit. I hope to continue having great experiences here, and I would recommend it to others looking for a quality coffee shop.
