I visited Dutch Bros Coffee on Monday, February 19, 2024. As a frequent visitor to different Dutch Bros locations during my travels, I’ve always enjoyed their beverages and service. However, some locations have been slower than others, so I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of this particular spot.

The walk-up window service was notably faster than I had experienced in the past. My order for Black Iced Tea, Salted Caramel Protein Mocha (which was very good!), and a Peach Rebel Energy drink was prepared promptly, without the usual long wait times. The efficient service left a positive impression on me, and I appreciated the quick and friendly service.

The availability of milk alternatives also stood out to me as a positive aspect of this coffee spot. Additionally, the affordability of the beverages, with a large serving of coffee for around $5, was commendable. Moreover, I was impressed by their hot chocolate; it was truly amazing.

However, despite the overall positive experience, there were a few hiccups. Waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes prior to receiving my order was a downside. Furthermore, the mix-up with the hot macchiato order, which was served iced instead of hot, was disappointing, especially when I was already running late for work. These issues detracted from an otherwise positive visit.

On the other hand, the friendly staff, who didn’t pressure me into unnecessary conversations, was a significant positive point. Their approach positively impacted my experience, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

The highlight of my visit was the thoughtful gesture made by the staff on my boyfriend’s birthday. When they noticed the balloons in my car for the surprise, they went out of their way to make the occasion special for him. Their act of kindness made a lasting impression and contributed to making his day memorable.
