During my visit from Austin to San Antonio, I experienced a cozy ambiance, which contributed to the overall great atmosphere. The coffee, pastries, and food options at Kora Kora Coffee were impressive, although I wished they had smaller cappuccino sizes available, as 8oz is my ideal size for a perfect cappuccino. Despite this, the large cappuccino and blueberry muffin I ordered tasted exactly as they should, and the service was fast.
The chic vibe, lo-fi/smooth jazz, and earth tones create a relaxing atmosphere at this local coffee shop. It’s easy to forget that you’re in New Braunfels when you’re at Kora Kora Coffee – it truly provides a unique experience in Gruene.
However, there were some concerns. One of the reviews mentioned that the milk in the cappuccino was overheated and had too much air, highlighting that crafting a great cappuccino takes skill. Additionally, the beans for sale looked good, but unfortunately, they were over a month since roasting.
