I visited Starbucks today, and my experience left much to be desired. The lack of service was disappointing, as I had to wait for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Even though there were two employees on break, I didn’t receive any attention. The lack of service made me question whether the staff values their customers. It’s evident that improvements in customer service are needed, and I doubt I’ll give this location another chance. Judy needs another job.
On the other hand, I had a fantastic experience with Seairra at Starbucks. Her exceptional customer service made a significant impact on my visit. She prepared amazing drinks, including the hot Venti Medicine Ball and the Venti Strawberry Acai lemonade cold drink. Both beverages were perfect, and my daughter even stated that her acai drink was amazing. I believe Seairra deserves a raise for her outstanding service.
Despite my positive encounter with Seairra, my overall impression of this Starbucks location remains mixed. Another staff member was rude when I requested light ice or no ice in my drink. This attitude towards customer requests was disheartening, especially as it goes against the friendly environment usually associated with Starbucks. When I brought up the issue with the manager, their response did not convey a sense of concern, adding to my disappointment.

While I encountered friendly staff and excellent service from Seairra, the overall experience was marred by the lack of attention and the rude behavior of other employees.
