I visited Starbucks today as soon as they opened, and I was welcomed by a friendly barista who made my order perfectly with a big smile. The staff’s friendliness and efficiency stood out to me. The lady who took my order had a cool Polish accent, and she was super nice. I was impressed with how well they handled the chaos, especially considering the hundreds of people at the Raleigh Convention center for Galaxy Con. The upbeat energy and efficient service were seriously impressive.

The location connects to the Marriott lobby and offers all the coffee shop staples. I enjoyed their seasonal lattes and flat white, along with a consistently good cup of coffee. However, the only drawback was the long lines and wait. They do have accessible parking, restrooms, and seating, which is convenient.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were some issues. However, even after having an issue with their gift card machine, the staff were more than willing and able to make things right. This level of customer service is commendable.

On the downside, this Starbucks doesn’t follow the standard pricing, with everything being easily a dollar more than at regular Starbucks locations. Moreover, some visitors mentioned that the employees are not always friendly.

Overall, my experience at Starbucks was positive, mainly due to the friendly and efficient staff.
