I’m really disappointed with my experiences at Starbucks. Finding trash in my drinks not once, but twice, is absolutely unacceptable. The first time I found a lid in my drink, and the second time I swallowed a piece of plastic. It’s disgusting and concerning. When I informed the manager, they didn’t seem too concerned at all. This lack of attention to such a serious issue is very disheartening.
On top of that, the service seems to have consistent issues. Long wait times, rude employees, and mistakes in orders make the overall experience quite unpleasant. The wait times are extreme, and the attitudes of some employees have been consistently rude. This is not what I expect from a place with a 4-star rating.
My recent visit for my birthday treat didn’t live up to my expectations either. The bacon and Gruyère egg bites I ordered were not what I received, and the drink was okay but not exceptional. The inconsistency in service and quality is really disappointing, especially on a special occasion like my birthday.
Even when I ordered regularly, my experience was far from satisfactory. My orders were consistently different from what I actually requested. The attention to detail and accuracy seemed to be lacking, which is frustrating, especially when using mobile pick-up orders.
Despite these shortcomings, I must admit that my chai was good, and that’s why I’m giving three stars. However, the issues I’ve encountered including finding trash in my drinks, inconsistency in orders, and poor service have left me feeling very dissatisfied with my experiences at Starbucks. I hope that these issues can be addressed to improve the overall customer experience.
