I visited Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea in Austin during my trip and it stood out to me among all the coffee places I tried. The drinks and food were very tasty! I highly recommend this place to locals and visitors alike. The customer service was a very pleasant experience as well. The staff are always friendly and make you feel welcomed.

I usually get a vanilla latte, and it’s always good. The prices are normal, so what’s not to like? Although I haven’t tried the food, I’ve heard it might not be the freshest. However, that doesn’t deter me from enjoying their delicious coffee drinks and teas. Their popular drink, the creme caramel, is a must-try.

The overall service and coffee are sweet, and I found the Great Wave tote for sale to be a nice addition. The staff are super friendly and helpful, discussing the various options available. I particularly enjoyed the creme caramel special with oat milk and no whip – it was fantastic.

The ambiance of the coffee shop is cool, with plenty of seating options. They offer a variety of hot and cold drink options, making it a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy a refreshing beverage. I also tried the breakfast sandwich, and it was yummy too.
