The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has been my go-to spot for the past 4 years. The friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff make it a perfect place to hang out with friends or focus on homework. The sandwiches, especially the turkey pesto, are delicious. I’ve tried various drinks like tea, lattes, and ice blended, and they all have good flavors, but I think they could add more classic options. The mango and salted toffee ice blended, and the macadamia white chocolate hot latte were excellent.
On the other hand, my recent experience was disappointing. I had to wait for an extended period as regular customers were given priority, which made me feel neglected and overlooked. Although the staff eventually apologized, the incident left a negative impression. Additionally, I found the vanilla cold brew not up to par, but the mocha cold brew was energizing.
Despite this, the service is typically fantastic. The baristas are quick, attentive, and work hard to ensure a friendly and clean environment. Their dedication and efficiency are commendable, and I’ve always appreciated their effort. The team, particularly the girl with the purple hair, pays great attention to detail, right down to using double cups that prevent hands from freezing.
