I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf after a long time, and the coffee was really good. I missed it since moving out of state. Their pumpkin flavor is superior to anything similar at Starbucks and their coffee is definitely better. My favorite is a pumpkin Chai latte, iced. However, my first white mocha was awful, with dark chocolate at the bottom, making me sick for hours.
The atmosphere at the shop was not so welcoming; there’s a bum who lives there, making it less enjoyable. It would be a better shop with a few changes – fewer disruptions and a more fun environment. The staff seemed okay, but there’s room for improvement.
Recently, there has been a weird vibe at the coffee shop, and the drinks seem lacking in powder. The baked goods are frequently out of stock, which is disappointing for regular customers like me.
Despite these drawbacks, I decided to try them out, even getting their app and putting money on it. Take out was okay, but the experience could be improved.
