I visited The Giddy Goat Coffee Roasters in Charlotte and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant offers one of the best breakfast burritos on weekends, and I particularly enjoyed the cozy and quiet second-floor seating area. The outdoor seating was also a plus, creating a nice and well-staffed atmosphere. Additionally, the Americano black coffee was consistently perfect.

The place was bustling during my visit, but I was impressed by the quick and friendly service. I tried the Nitro Cold Brew with a shot of Mocha and found it to be smooth and delightful. The overall atmosphere was great, adding to the positive vibes of the visit.

Despite being very popular and packed, the long lines moved relatively fast. I enjoyed the oat latte and found the empanadas to be incredible, especially the spinach and breakfast options. While the breakfast burrito was good, I felt that the space was a bit cramped. However, the outdoor seating was a pleasant alternative despite the slight chill, and I would definitely return for the empanadas.

The hospitable customer service at The Giddy Goat Coffee Roasters was exceptional. The staff kindly remade a spilled drink without any inconvenience to us, and the delicious empanadas and sauces added to the positive experience. Arien and Joe deserve a special mention for their outstanding service.

During my visit on an early Saturday morning, the cappuccino, flat white, and empanadas made for a perfect start to the day. The service was noteworthy, with the staff exhibiting a perfect blend of politeness and promptness. The small-ish parking lot and the availability of burritos, beer, and wine further impressed me.
