Desert Wind Coffee Roasters Reviews and Opinions
I visited Desert Wind Coffee Roasters on a cold winter day in Vegas and was glad I did, as their coffee was delicious. I ordered the Walter and the salted caramel mocha, both of which were flavorsome and well made. The fact that they seem to have frequent flyers is a good indicator of their quality.
The stunning atmosphere and alien vibes of the place added to the overall experience. I tried the Eun Frappe with lavender added, and it did not disappoint. It was definitely the best frappe I’ve had in Vegas. The almond pastry I had was sensational, with delightful almond flavor and perfect softness and fluffiness. The beans I picked up smelled amazing and the coffee was full of flavor. I particularly enjoyed the Alien blend.
The staff at Desert Wind Coffee Roasters were outstanding, providing a warm welcome and exceptional friendliness. It would be great if there were a location in the Southwest, and I can’t wait to come back and try more. The must-try drink is the dirty Thai tea, and I wholeheartedly agree that it won’t disappoint. Overall, this place is top-notch, and I highly recommend grabbing a few bags of their locally roasted coffee to support small businesses.
During my visit, I found the coffee to be great, and the ambience had a wonderful community vibe. However, the service was just okay on that particular day. The staff seemed to be there just to do their job and were not overly friendly or helpful with some custom drinks. It’s worth mentioning that this location used to be a highly rated spot, and I look forward to coming back on a weekend for an update.
Lastly, I decided to try this small business to change things up, and it was featured on the open rewards app. The coffee was decent, the place was cute, but the breakfast choices were limited.
Overall, my experience at Desert Wind Coffee Roasters was positive, with standout features being the delicious coffee, sensational atmosphere, and friendly staff. Despite some minor issues with service and limited breakfast choices, I was impressed with the quality of the drinks and the welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to others looking for a unique and flavorful coffee experience in Las Vegas.
