I recently visited Ellianos Coffee Company and had a fantastic experience. The Lane Avenue location is definitely worth the drive for their delicious Cookies and Cream Freezer. The service was exceptional, and I was impressed by the speed of getting my order, despite the line. Kudos to Abby, Andrea, Katie, and Amy for making my Ellianos experience great.

The coffee was top-notch, and the customer service was even better. Kaleb went above and beyond to help us with our rewards and made sure everything was perfect. His dedication to providing excellent service was evident, and it really enhanced our visit.

During my visit on a Tuesday at 5pm, the service was quick and the staff was incredibly friendly. I noticed new items on the menu, and everything sounded tempting. The Cookies and Cream freezer, hot cocoa, and pumpkin cream cheese muffin were all outstanding – I highly recommend them.

Ellianos’ coffee is flavorful without being overly sweet, and the staff at every location has been consistently superb. I’m also excited to see a gluten-free breakfast egg bowl coming soon. This shows their commitment to catering to various dietary needs.

I always receive great customer service at Ellianos, although the lines can be long, it’s definitely worth the wait. My go-to order is the Tuscany Toffee, either hot or cold, and I appreciate that they offer a sugar-free version. Additionally, the egg & cheese croissant is always delicious and served hot and fresh.
