I visited Starbucks recently and had a great experience. The staff at this location is the reason why it’s so special. They are incredibly hospitable and always greet me kindly. Their warmth and impeccable hospitality make it a standout place for me. Even when it’s busy, they bring my food without me having to ask. The music is not too loud, allowing for a normal conversation without raising your voice. This creates a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for customers.
The standout employee at this Starbucks is Victor. His kindness and upbeat attitude are truly exceptional. He goes above and beyond to ensure that customers have a positive experience. His infectious energy made me feel incredibly valued, and he genuinely prioritized my order with such enthusiasm. He turned what could have been a challenging morning into an unforgettable experience. Victor truly knows how to brighten someone’s day!
Unfortunately, I also had a negative experience at this Starbucks. Fabu and Wally provided poor customer service and made drinks that were disappointing. Their lack of respect and negative attitudes left me with a bad impression. It was definitely not the type of experience I expected from Starbucks. I would recommend avoiding this particular location and visiting another Starbucks instead.
In contrast, the cashier during my previous visit was very friendly and kind to everyone. The place was clean, including the bathroom, which is always a plus. The coffee was really good as always, and they had new cups and containers available. The overall service was great, and the music added to the enjoyable ambiance.
