As a frequent visitor to Starbucks, I have to admit that my recent experiences at this particular branch have been quite disappointing. The first encounter with the manager, Mike, left me feeling incredibly disrespected and undervalued as a customer. His poor attitude, aggressive tone, and unhygienic behavior of clipping his nails at the register were absolutely unacceptable.
Moreover, the lack of professionalism extended to the rest of the staff. My experience of being treated with indifference and having to wait for an extended period only added to my dissatisfaction. These instances clearly highlight the urgent need for comprehensive employee training and improved management.
Despite these negative encounters, there have been moments of relief. The friendly and helpful nature of some of the younger female clerks was a refreshing change. Their willingness to assist and provide a positive experience in contrast to the previous negative encounters was truly appreciated.
