I absolutely love The Sacred Bean! Every visit has been a delightful experience. The cozy atmosphere and delicious offerings make it stand out. The special pistachio, pear, ricotta toast with honey, bee pollen, and flower petals was divine, accompanied by a side of berries and an americano. The drink was simply heavenly, especially when enjoyed in the spring sun at their lovely sidewalk seating.
The coffee pours are exceptional and truly a cherry on top of the delicious experience. Their pistachio latte is not only the best I’ve ever had – it’s a work of art! The pastries are always amazing, and even though I’m not vegan, I often opt for their vegan options because they’re that good. This place is a must-visit!
The staff at The Sacred Bean is beyond polite and cool. Their delicious espresso and vegan-friendly food add to the overall fantastic experience. Additionally, they don’t judge when you request bacon with your breakfast tacos, which is greatly appreciated. Ordering a rainbow latte here significantly brightens my day, as evidenced by my numerous Instagram posts showcasing their gorgeous food and drinks.
I also appreciate their non-traditional closed days, giving me a go-to spot on Sundays and Mondays. If I were to suggest any change, it would be to add a few more comfy seating options. Other than that, it’s a solid 10/10 from me. Thanks to the Sacred Bean team for consistently delivering an amazing experience!
The service during my visit was outstanding. Despite a short line, orders were taken quickly and efficiently. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s an impressive variety of options, from coffee and lattes to teas, smoothies, and lemonades. The drinks were prepared promptly, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed them.
The only regret I have is eating before my visit, as I’m sure the food is just as remarkable as the drinks. The Sacred Bean is definitely on my list for future visits to Pueblo. It’s a wonderful little coffee shop tucked away downtown with a fantastic staff, service, delicious food, and amazing coffee.
