I visited Under Pressure Coffee, a place highly recommended by a friend. The average rating of 4.6 out of 5 boded well for my expectations. The blueberry muffin was truly amazing – crisp on the top, moist inside, and bursting with juicy, tasty blueberries. It did not disappoint, just as my friend had promised. The service was friendly and quick, adding to the positive experience.

The coffee I tried was good, and the place was quite nice to sit and work with my laptop. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, ranging from good to great. The feta-spinach sandwich I ordered was a bit greasy and overly salty. Unfortunately, the double chocolate muffin was also too crumbly to really enjoy.

I also purchased a “Too Good To Go” surprise bag, which included a muffin, croissant, and a chocolate mousse cake. All these items were very tasty and made for a satisfying treat. Furthermore, the cappuccino I ordered was excellent, and the spinach and cheese pies were delicious, reminding me of the pies in Greece.

However, I had a disappointing experience with the service during one visit. Despite my excitement to try this place, my order was “lost,” leading to a lengthy wait. Additionally, there was a concerning discrepancy in the drinks I ordered and what I received. The barista’s lack of attention to detail and the quality of the drinks were disappointing, especially considering the price. This experience left me feeling frustrated and even led me to question if discrimination played a role. Such a disappointing experience has made me decide not to return or recommend this coffee shop to others.
