I visited Cirque Coffee, which has an average rating of 4.5 out of 5. The coffee quality is fantastic, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The convenience of ordering through the app and the ready-to-go coffee are exceptional. The menu offers both classic options and exploratory signatures that are top-notch. The space is quiet and conducive to studying or quiet meetings, and the location near downtown and across from Centennial Park is convenient.

However, there are a few downsides. The size options are limited, and the largest cup feels like a regular coffee cup size. Despite being able to request extra ice in the ‘drafts’, the drinks are on the thin side and watered down. I found the price to be too high for the portion size and the value offered. The pricing and size options are poor, which brings down the overall experience. I hope the company considers these improvement suggestions to elevate their rating.

On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised by the apple butter toast, and the service and coffee were top-notch during my visit. The atmosphere is modern, funky, and cool, with great baristas. The funky and fresh vibe, along with the great menu and variety of cold brew on tap, left me with a positive impression. The location was also a plus, although I wish it was closer to where I live so I could visit more often.

However, not all experiences were as positive. The menu being only available online via QR code was a bit inconvenient, and the staff being out of some signature products during the holidays affected the overall experience. Furthermore, the energy of the staff members didn’t seem inviting, and there was a lack of clarity when ordering a regular coffee.

However, improvements are needed in terms of pricing, size options, and customer service energy to elevate the overall experience.
