I visited Shades of Brown Coffee & Art, and I must say, it was a very lovely coffee shop. The ambiance was cozy, and I appreciated the opportunity to sit and relax for a bit, although it can get pretty busy at times. The music was a bit loud for doing homework, but if you enjoy it, it adds to the nice atmosphere. The coffee tasted great, and I found the drinks to be unique and flavorful.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed the mixed crowd, giving me a glimpse of the people in the neighborhood. The venue had an eclectic vibe, creating a perfect local gathering place. However, the service was a bit lacking, and it would have been helpful if they had directed us on where to pick up our food, as it was obviously our first time there.

I found the homemade bagel to be a bit tough, but it still tasted good. The coffee could have been hotter, but the flavor made up for it. Overall, despite a few flaws, it’s a cute local spot that I’d love to visit again.

I had a wonderful experience trying their iced winter mint white chocolate latte, and I’m looking forward to trying more of their unique drinks like Ghost Stories and Forbidden Fruit. The place itself is beautiful, and I’ll definitely be back.

The staff was friendly, the environment was chill, and the music selection was diverse and enjoyable. The blue room in the back provided a nice quiet place for studying, and I particularly liked the option of a standing height bar for working on my laptop.

Lastly, Lydia makes the best turmeric steamers (Aka: “stay gold”), which was a great caffeine-free and not overly sweet option. Overall, I loved the experience at Shades of Brown Coffee & Art, and I’m looking forward to visiting again soon.
