I visited Conjure Coffee ~ Cafe & Coffee Roastery in Fort Wayne and had a delightful experience. The atmosphere was bright and lively with an abundance of plants and unique building flow, making it one of a kind. The Lavender Latte and Cafe Meil were outstanding, and the flavor of their espresso was remarkable, making any coffee the perfect choice.

The Avocado Toast was divine, with hints of lemon zest and garlic seasoning, truly perfect. The breakfast sandwich was also lovely, and they offer a delicious variety of food options. The cafe had a refreshing vibe with lively green pops in the urban downtown scene. There is fairly limited free private parking on the left side of the building, so carpooling with a group is advisable.

The glassware and latte art at Conjure Coffee demonstrate that they care about the presentation of their products. They offer sugar-free syrup options, and I appreciated the self-serve water station. The cappuccino ratio was perfect, and there was a fair amount of available seating on a weekday around noon, making it a great spot to hang out and work.

The nitro black cold brew was fairly good, with good flavor and not too bitter. The environment was pleasant with open windows, sunshine, plants, and art. However, the service was only okay, as the staff seemed a bit distracted and the bathroom could use some improvement.

Despite the positive aspects, the parking situation was absolutely atrocious, which marred an otherwise great experience. The parking lots were completely full, and finding a spot was quite challenging. The lavender latte and vegan breakfast burrito were exceptional, but the parking issues should be addressed.

Overall, my experience at Conjure Coffee was wonderful, and the coffee was tasty and reasonably priced. The cafe offers plenty of power outlets for working and a variety of food options, such as croissants and bagels. While the parking situation was a downside, I would still recommend this place for its great coffee and welcoming atmosphere.
