La Colombe Coffee Roasters is a Columbia-style coffee spot that I’ve been searching for since leaving Salt Lake City. The setup is dope, and the staff is super friendly, offering all my favorites and delicious pastries. I tried the Macchiato, which was excellent, earning a 9.2 rating. The almond croissant was a hit too, and overall, I left with a high 9.4 satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning next trip.

The update on my review is that I had to change my 4-star rating to 5 because of the awesome customer service. The team at La Colombe is not only friendly but also woke and rock at what they do. It’s safe to say that this coffee shop offers the best coffee in the entire city.

Compared to Starbucks across the street, La Colombe is a favorite go-to place for many, including myself. The coffee here is top-notch and surpasses anything I’ve tried in Chicago.
