I visited Rare Earth Coffee and had a mixed experience. The barista, Savannah, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, engaging, and shared some great local tips with us. Her excellent customer service made me and my partner instant Rare Earth Coffee lovers.

However, the quality of the coffee wasn’t up to par. I was disappointed by the taste and couldn’t understand why the reviews were so high.

On the bright side, the horchata blended drink was exceptional. It exceeded my high standards for horchata and I highly recommend it. The staff were pleasant and caring, and this drink is definitely a must-try.

The café itself has a good selection of drinks and high-quality offerings. The barista bar is adorable, and they also have fresh bakery sweets on display. Despite this, I feel that the café is underrated. It’s worth giving it a chance instead of being disappointed by Starbucks.

Unfortunately, the coffee shop fell short in terms of its opening hours, which were incorrect, and the rudeness of the staff. This was a significant letdown for me.
