As a former partner, I am well aware of the demands of working at Starbucks. I have extensive experience working during peak times and understand the importance of delivering high-quality beverages. However, I am disappointed to find that I am no longer receiving my beverages at a discounted rate.

Paying $6.09 for a drink is a significant investment, and I expect it to be made correctly every time. In particular, the strawberry refresher with lemonade and no berries needs to be shaken properly to ensure that the flavors are well-mixed. Unfortunately, there have been instances where my beverage wasn’t prepared to my satisfaction, impacting my morning routine.

I recently experienced an issue with a white mocha I ordered, which was only mocha/chocolate. When I informed the staff, the response I received lacked the level of customer service I expected. Great customer service goes a long way, especially when issues arise.

Another disappointing experience involved a coffee that tasted like soap and a poorly cooked sandwich. At a price point of $11, I expect better quality and care in the preparation of my orders.

My latest visit through the drive-thru was also unsatisfactory. My Caramel Macchiato was unmixed and stratified, making it undrinkable. Furthermore, the service was slow and often incorrect, leading to frustration and a decision to seek alternatives.
