Starbucks at this location seems to be a mixed bag. The setup is convenient, with various dining options available at the toll road station. The restroom facilities are well-maintained, which is a plus. However, there are some significant downsides to consider.
The service experience can be quite frustrating, as evidenced by multiple negative encounters. On one occasion, I found myself waiting for five minutes while the counter staff appeared disinterested and focused on their phone. This lack of attention and disregard for customers’ presence is disappointing.
My order for a Carmel ribbon crunch was met with further disappointment when I was informed that the frap machine had been cleaned and was unavailable. It’s perplexing that a 24-hour location would be unable to fulfill drink orders, especially when they’re promoted as available around the clock.
On another visit, the barista’s behavior was utterly unacceptable. The individual seemed unprofessional, wearing Apple earpieces and failing to acknowledge customer requests. This level of disregard for basic communication and courtesy is below standard, resulting in an extremely negative review from me.
The quality of the beverages also leaves much to be desired. Several instances of cold coffee and poorly prepared matcha latte were a letdown. Moreover, cleanliness at the barista and condiment stations was lacking, reflecting poorly on the overall experience.
Despite multiple attempts to enjoy Starbucks at this location, the consistent refusal to serve frozen drinks is simply unacceptable. The excuses provided, including issues with equipment, demonstrate a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and raise doubts about the store’s integrity.
