The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Diamond Head Reviews and Opinions

I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Diamond Head, and my experience was a bit mixed. The location didn’t quite match up to the other CB&TL spots I’ve been to. The boarded-up door for over six weeks and the unclean food cabinets made the place seem a bit sad. Also, the staff appeared grumpy, and there was a sense of being understaffed, which led to longer waiting times for orders. However, I must say that I did prefer their coffee options compared to Starbucks.

On a more positive note, my morning run led me to a lovely coffee stop at this location. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the coffee was absolutely refreshing. This visit certainly brightened up my day.

One standout experience was when I ordered the hot, large Americano with 6 shots. Not only was it made right, but the atmosphere was also good. The professional staff definitely outshone Starbucks by a mile. It left me feeling satisfied and uplifted.

I couldn’t resist trying the COOKIE BUTTER LATTE, and it was truly amazing. The barista who served me was very nice, and the interior of the shop added to the pleasant experience. However, I did feel that the latte could have been sweeter. Furthermore, the whipped cream didn’t add much flavor, but asking for a spoon to finish it off was no hassle.
