Dutch Bros Coffee Reviews and Opinions

I visited Dutch Bros Coffee, and I must say, it’s a mixed bag. The location is convenient for me but waiting 15-20 minutes in line with just a few cars isn’t pleasant. The drinks are generally good, but the poor service due to being short-handed can be frustrating. The overfilled drink caused a mess in my car, which was quite disappointing. I hope they can schedule more people to avoid such issues.

On the positive side, my experience was made unforgettable by Ari, who customized my drink perfectly. Her service was impeccable and really enhanced my visit. However, one of the drinks I tried tasted filthy and disgusting, like mold on ice. I won’t be trying that again, and will probably make my tea at home now. It seems like cleanliness may be an issue at this location.

On the other hand, the staff were the sweetest ladies ever. They were super helpful, especially as we were on a road trip and needed guidance on what to order. Their warm wishes for safe travels and enjoyable conversation made the experience much better. However, my experience standing outside the location was not pleasant. Ignoring customers and not acknowledging their presence is not okay. A simple explanation would have sufficed.
