My experience at Oddly Correct Coffee Bar in Kansas City was absolutely delightful. The coffee here is truly incredible, and I would highly recommend trying the bourbon vanilla latte – it’s 👌. The pour over was perfect, and one of the best I’ve ever had. The honey washed Colombian was a standout. The mocha my wife had was also amazing, a testament to the care the staff puts into the coffee. The service was great, and the environment had a 10/10 vibe. It’s worth the stop if you’re in KC.

The small size of the coffee shop means that if you come with a big group, it’s best to plan on getting your coffee to go. They have reusable glass jars as their to-go cups, a brilliant move to reduce single-use waste. Inside seating is limited, but we managed to find a table. It’s a hipster place with neat artful décor and lots of seating, making it a great spot to chill with a friend.

A local recommended the bourbon vanilla latte, and it lived up to the praise. I devoured a Sage Caramel latte far too quickly and have been craving another ever since. The practical efforts towards sustainability were commendable. The to-go cups being reusable jars and the stamping of bags in their printing press room are thoughtful touches that left a positive impression on me. The efforts made towards sustainability and providing a great coffee experience really stood out to me.

I loved this coffee shop and the atmosphere it provided. The $1.50 extra for to-go drinks didn’t bother me, as it’s for a good cause. If only I lived closer, this would undoubtedly be my new go-to coffee spot. I can’t believe it took me so long to discover this gem in KC, and I’m looking forward to going back.
