I visited Safai Coffee Shop in Louisville and had an excellent experience. The environment is cool and welcoming, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff was friendly and provided fast, patient, and efficient service. The prices seemed fair for the quality of the food and drinks, and they’ve adapted their building to provide contactless service from the window, which I found pretty clever.

The drinks were awesome; I particularly enjoyed the matcha latte and the pumpkin spice latte, both of which were delicious. The coffee itself was very good and worth the price. The pastries were delightful, with the chocolate croissant and cinnamon roll standing out as especially tasty. However, one small downside was the size of the breakfast sandwich considering its price, although it tasted very good.

The atmosphere at Safai was super nice, making it a great place to sit and work, read, or simply relax. As much as I loved the experience, there were a few minor issues, such as the condition of the bathroom. The broken faucet, oler dispenser, and shelf need attention, leading to the deduction of one star in my review.

Despite this, I found Safai Coffee Shop to be among the best in Louisville. The fact that they offer outdoor seating and have electric car charging stations in their back parking lot adds to their appeal. Overall, I loved my visit and will definitely be back.
